The price list of IT operation and system administrator services below is published in order that anyone can calculate a tariff package independently according to their own needs. In addition, we have received several feedbacks that it is too difficult to compose a suitable administrator service package as a customer. This is the reason we created a self-service fee-calculator which makes an estimate of remuneration. Access: Price calculator. 1. No monthly fees, only specific tasks: You can contract with DOIT without a monthly fee and no commitment! In this case we sign a framework contract which ensures that if a task emerges, you can contact us and we can respond efficiently and quickly. Our fees: see “time-based services” chart.
2. “Automation” tariff package: the essence of this package is that we connect our customers’ devices to our remote monitoring system, which automatically indicates the detectable part of the problems with the help of our central system. The fee of this service does not include live work, only automatized tasks.
Fee: per desktop computer: 1.100 HUF+VAT/month; per server: 1.650 HUF+VAT/month. Includes: computer software and hardware inventory, monitoring – but no labour. One-time costs: the initial installation is 8.700 HUF/device.
3. Small business package: 7.250 HUF/computer/month + 25.800 HUF/server/month.
Example: for 3 computers and O365: 21.750 HUF/month + VAT
Example: for 7 computers and one NAS: 55.600 HUF/month + VAT

5.1 “Monitoring” | This tariff package provides the remote monitoring system. Remote monitoring enables preventive error handling: we connect your computers to our automated monitoring system, and if this system detects changes which indicate a computer error, it alerts us, and we – filtering the actual errors- alert you.

7.1 Server and network device management services: The services in this section (7.1) tend to prevent error handling. The purpose of prevention is to detect – and preferably obviate- the anomaly before disrupting the users’ daily work. | ||

7.2 Prevention and troubleshooting:

DOIT.Hu is currently available in 7×24 hours for all its contractual clients with the fee described below. However, we are guaranteed to help only those customers who indicate by contracting relating to on-call service, that they need service during this period as well, so we can prepare with capacity for this, we can pay an availability fee to our specialists who are needed to provide the service.
The fees consist of two parts:
8.1 Availability fee: this fee is typically 9.400 HUF or €30/month. The device can be a server – both a host or a virtual computer-, a router, firewall and normal desktop or laptop computer. We can give a quantity discount on more than 5 devices, but this requires prior examination and consultation.
8.2 Remuneration for work:
8.2.1 Time-based remuneration: if you rarely have a problem at night or on weekends, you may want to choose this option: the double of our normal fees, i.e. the work performed on call is payable on time basis. The unit of account of work is 1 hour, compared to 0.25 hours in the daytime.
8.2.2 Flat rate: we have to examine individually the devices for which you request a 7*24 hours service at a flat rate, in order to define the fees. The reason for this is that there is a huge difference between each device, e.g. between the operation of a secure webshop limited to European IP and a web server that regularly suffers global attacks.

These tasks are differ from day-to-day tasks, such as, but not limited to: debugging in complex situations (database performance, testing web application performance), handover processes, testing new configurations and new solutions, recovering corrupted data (e.g. disrupted RAID, corrupted file system), handling situations not specified in manufacturer’s documentation. |
